Design

Carol Arand works with you to create a landscape design for your specific property whether it is a commercial or residential.  Not only do we consider the functional aspects of the site itself, aspects like drainage, sun/shade lighting; uses and movement through the space but we consider your preferences for texture, color to create vignettes for viewing from all parts of your property. 

• We design and build patio’s using natural stone such as bluestone and flagstone.  We create patios and walkways using concrete pavers using a diverse assortment from Unilock, Belgard and Techo-Bloc.

• Retaining walls are a functional aspect of the landscape design that are easily incorporated into your plan.  Outdoor kitchens, gas or wood burning firepit, fireplace and pergolas also add to your outdoor living space.

• We install driveway brick pavers to coordinate with your new patio too.

• Designing the right plantings is key to finishing your project.  Privacy plantings, native plants, trees, shrubs and perennials that grow in your particular setting is essential.

• Install low voltage lighting to enhance the plantings while your new irrigation system takes all of the work and worry out of the project.  We can help you with all of these things.

Installation/Build

Having worked with your landscape designer throughout the concept/design phase, completing the installation becomes a smooth transition.  Our installation crews have 30 years of experience in working in landscape construction. 

All of our plants are from Northern Illinois Nursery Growers and because they are grown in our climate have much better success in your landscape.   All workmanship comes with a warranty on your investment.
